We also offer service and maintenance of ceiling track hoists, H Track systems, Portable Hoists, Profiling Beds, Pressure Care Mattresses and more. We are also able to conduct LOLER services on all hoists, fitted or portable. 24-7 Healthcare provide full certified (CPD) Moving & Handling courses across the whole of The UK for our local authority clients. 24-7 Healthcare Scotland recently opened new offices in Glasgow (2018) and started serving local authorities and NHS trusts in Scotland. Export 24-7 Healthcare is also the distributor of R82, Quantum Rehab & Pride Mobility in many regions of the Middle East and South Asia, which is handled by our Export website: https://export.24-7healthcare.co.uk. Our international clients who in many cases, are being cared for by private healthcare providers, can select, trial and purchase relevant products and aids during their stay in the U.K. which can be dispatched, delivered and if required, installed into the customers home by our team of fully qualified engineers. In early 2014 our UK business was expanded to be able provide an international support service. This was in conjunction with HCA Healthcare’s Wellington & Portland Hospitals via our Dubai office, who trade as 247 Medical Equipment L.L.C. Not only do we provide training, full product support and ongoing servicing options, but our Middle East customers also receive a full manufacturer’s warranty even for products purchased from our U.K. office. Our Dubai office is very proactive and staff are in constant contact with all public and private hospitals, clinics and charities in the region, introducing new brands and technology via exhibitions, local seminars and training events. This has enabled us to introduce different brands and types of products that they have identified were not previously available in the region. Like the U.K. 247 Medical Equipment have a team of fully qualified Occupational and Physio Therapists for both adults and children available in Dubai and the neighbouring G.C.C. countries, to carry out assessments and re-assessments to determine patient recovery & progress/outcomes.
