A new role has been created of Administration Assistant reporting directly to the Executive Manager, you will be working as part of a small, friendly team in a pleasant environment. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Executive Manager and members, assisting in daily office tasks. It is essential that the successful applicant is confident, has excellent interpersonal skills to provide an efficient and professional service to all members, guests and visitors to the golf club. We are looking for someone who is organized, has attention to detail, is self-motivated, a good communicator at all levels. A knowledge of golf would be helpful in this role.
