We opened our first office in Cardiff's Capital Quarter in September 2018 and have been delighting our Members ever since! We have 60 years of experience under our belt and have fast become the UK's largest consumer organization. From having to wear seat belts to scrapping credit card charges we even make the unsafe safe. Our aim is simple and has always remained the same: to be a voice for consumers, to constantly question on your behalf, to champion your rights and to give our impartial advice on everyday decisions. Although we are a not for profit organization we are a very commercially focused organization offering our members a variety of services. The revenue we receive from our commercial services is used to fund the charitable part of our business. Our questions change minds, laws, lives and society. Yes, we test washing machines, but we put our heart into campaigning ruthlessly for your consumer rights. We work hard to get you a fairer deal, champion product safety, raise awareness of bad practice, and hold big corporations accountable. We give people facts to make informed decisions every day. From pushchairs to pensions, we support consumers through life’s ups and downs and everything they need help with in between.
