Bailey Care Services supplies Health and Care workers into the Health and Social Care Industry throughout the South of the UK. We have 6 offices in total working across the South East and West. We are part of a large network group known as Strategic Workforce Solutions (SWS) consisting of several companies in the group, the largest being The Best Connection which has over 80 branches across the UK, Scotland and Canada. Bailey Employment Services was established in 1984 and created the Care Division known as Bailey Care Services in 2005, our intention is to continue to grow the group to ensure that quality workers are supplied into the Health and Social Care Industry throughout the UK. Bailey Care Services is led by a Health and Social Care Professional and our teams consist of Health and Social Care and Recruitment Industry experienced staff to ensure we have the appropriate industry knowledge to deliver quality candidates to our clients.
