They formed Command Recruitment from the desire to work with their clients and candidates to achieve their goals within an inspiring, results driven environment in an autonomous fashion that compliments their expertise. Despite genuinely enjoying the benefits of long term partnerships, we experienced long ago that success is bred from the longevity of our relationships with our candidates, clients and consultants. Contrary to claims made by many recruitment companies, the fundamental operation of most consultancies differs little and we are sure you are tired of hearing it.
