Bailie Group currently includes four operating companies: CDS; CDS Defence & Security; Newspress; Bailie Group Business Services; this role resides within Bailie Group Business Services. The Group operations span sites across the UK: Leeds; Cheltenham; Aylesbury; Bristol; Norwich; Horsham; Bicester; Hendon; Colchester; all of which fall within the support remit of Bailie Group Business Services. Whilst Bailie Group Business Services are primarily based at the company’s offices in Leeds there are a number of roles which are based at other sites within the Group. Primary purpose of role The Compliance function covers the broad range of accreditations held and maintained across the Group and encompasses the management of our technical and non-technical standards. We are seeking a compliance professional to join the team with a focus on our “technical” standards and Data Protection. To lead the progression and maintenance of delegated Management Systems in use across Bailie Group, by achieving appropriate goals and measurements in line with: • ISO 20000: Service Management • ISO22301: Business Continuity • ISO27001: Information Security • Cyber Essentials • The Data Protection Act
