At The Tennants Arms we are looking for a perfect candidate to create a unique dining experience for our customers. We are ideally looking for an experienced head chef working with fresh ingredients to take our restaurant and hotel to the next level & oversee all aspects of our busy kitchen. With 10 bedrooms, a healthy restaurant/bar & wedding functions, we are looking for a Head Chef who will manage and control all aspects of the kitchen including staffing, menu management, cost control, stocktaking, food quality along with hygiene and safety.
