With over 23,000 employees working within our UK business our Shared Service Payroll Team are integral to ensuring all payments are accurate and timely across number of different PAYE registrations. As our Payroll Administrator you will provide the payroll team with general administrative support. Working alongside the rest of our friendly and supportive team you’ll do this by running and collating reports to support ongoing data integrity, answering any queries and maintaining the payroll system. You’ll do this by: Updating Payroll system with payroll inputs by gathering, calculating and inputting data Supporting the payroll team with query resolution via voice, email and occasionally letters regarding queries about wages, deductions, attendance and time records Responding to queries raised by authorized third parties such as HMRC and ONS Assisting with out of cycle payments, BACS and CHAPS submissions as well as preparation of pay slips and P60’s Why Serco Meaningful and vital work : We’re a people-driven organization and you’ll be ensuring our 23,000 employees are paid on time, this provides variety and complexity within the role.
