Are you able to work to defined business processes? Would you welcome working on a small team in a niche financial planning firm? Then we would like to hear from you! Experience of working as an administrator in a financial services environment is desirable, but not essential, we can provide training for any industry gaps. It should go without saying that we would expect you to be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form. We would expect that you show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks and that you have an eye for detail and won’t rest until a task is completed. Ideally you would always adopt a positive attitude, willing to assist others when everyone is busy. We are a small firm, so occasionally we all have to pull together to get things done, but that is part of the fun. We operate from offices in the city of Worcester, we currently have one Chartered Financial Planner and we service circa 100 client families. We are looking for a part-time administrator to join our team, which consists of our adviser, paraplanner, practice manager and one part-time administrator. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, regular hours and competitive remuneration.
