This opportunity will suit an experienced PA who is already accustomed to managing a complex diary. You’ll provide executive support to two Deputy Directors within our Networks Price Control team and offer general administrative support across the work of the team. It’s a varied and busy role: coordinating diaries, organizing meetings and helping to priorities and schedule two demanding workloads. You’ll act as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders and often have to use your judgment on priorities or sensitive matters. As you’d expect good organizational and time management skills will vital, and you should be able apply an adaptable approach to managing competing priorities. You should be able to bring a highly professional working style that enables you to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy, and manage confidential information appropriately. You should have well all round communication skills and be proficient in using relevant technology, including Microsoft Teams, and be able to produce high quality presentations and reports.
