RRRT provide hospital discharge, rapid response and community rehabilitation service for people who need short-term, intensive support following a period of illness or disability or following discharge from hospital. The service is provided from a few days to a few weeks depending on individual goals. The Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team is a unique and exciting service.
