The Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the board of trustees with all aspects of the running of the charity including management of the cattery and overseeing the shop. The Branch Manager leads on the development of branch plans and takes responsibility for their implementation, ensuring that a robust governance framework is maintained and that the charity is compliant with all legislative, regulatory and RSPCA requirements. While at work all staff are required to: • Adhere to the Branch charitable objectives which are to promote kindness and prevent cruelty to animals. • Understand and comply with the Branch Code of Conduct. • Take care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions. • Comply with all Branch policies and procedures.
