Sirona provides health and social care services, working purely for the benefit of our service users and communities as a community interest company. The care we provide is the care we would choose for ourselves or our loved ones. We look after children and adults at home and at school and our aim is to help you to stay as independent as possible. We also provide residential and nursing care through our residential and extra care facilities. Our ethos is Taking it Personally which means we care for you as we would our own loved ones. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise committed to serving our communities and we are funded by the NHS and local authorities. This means care is free at the point of delivery. We do not have shareholders and we do not pay dividends; any surplus is reinvested into the community. We have hundreds of staff working across South Gloucestershire, parts of Bristol and Bath and North East Somerset; they are based in a range of places from GP surgeries to hospitals or from clinics to extra care facilities or residential homes The post holder will work as part of the Integrated Network Team within the North and West Bristol Locality providing support to clinicians in a wide range of tasks. You will be based in our coordination centre in Horfield Health Centre, however, you may be required to work across our bases in Shirehampton Health Centre and North Bristol Intermediate Care Centre. We are multi-professional team consisting of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Support Workers, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Administrators. We are a friendly and supportive group working within the locality and passionate about the population we work with as well as the staff working in our teams.
