Four Seasons has over 150 care homes across the UK with 13,000 people providing care and support for almost 8,000 residents. Our homes offer high quality long-term and short-term care across a range of care types from residential and nursing care to more specialist care including dementia care, intermediate care and rehabilitation. Our skilled and compassionate teams support residents and their families throughout this next stage of our resident’s lives from help with everyday living to nursing and end of life care for those who have higher care needs. Our homes are more than just places of care and everyday living support. They’re also thriving communities in which each person feels part of the life of the home. Listening to our residents is one of the most important things we do each day, so that we can truly get to know them. We always pay special attention to people’s stories ─ because places filled with stories and warmth are places that everyone is happy to call home. We also offer rehabilitation and reablement for those who are have a health setback and just need time to recover. Our mental health and learning disability communities also support individuals to lead independent lives through empowering environments, understanding teams and holistic care plans.
