At Tessian, we believe our people are our single most important asset, so we're looking for an amazing Onboarding Experience Coordinator to help us shape experiences for our future Tessians, from our first point of contact, to when they’re fully in seat. We are a growing team, and have ambitious goals to implement as much as we can, at pace, to support the people of Tessian. We have exciting employee headcount growth targets for the next year, so this role is pivotal to ensuring our onboarding experience is not only maintained, but improved along the way. You'll work closely with the other members of our People team to make Tessian the best possible place to develop a career, striving to ensure our talent processes are streamlined and run effectively. You’ll build relationships at all levels of the business by acting as the go-to and first point contact on all onboarding related processes. You’ll help us to create a great place to work, for every single Tessian.
