The Panel was originally set up in 1987 as The Accountants Panel by our founder Brendan Burgess. It was predominantly a recruiter of accountants for industry and practice. With the advent of the IFSC, the business set up The IFSC Panel in the late 90’s to service all aspects of financial services recruitment. In subsequent years The Legal Panel and The IT Panel were established. In 2010 Anne Keys and Paul McArdle took over the reigns as Joint Managing Partners. The company was re-branded The Panel and is now servicing clients from start-ups to multinationals across a number of sectors. The most recent offering we have added is the recruitment of HR professionals. The company remains wholly Irish owned and run. The intention from the start was to set up The Panel as a niche, boutique recruitment consultancy focusing on delivering expert recruitment services. We now have consultants who specialise in the recruitment of professionals up to Executive level for roles in Accountancy, Funds, Banking & Treasury, IT & Business Change and Legal & HR. We pride ourselves on being the consultancy to turn to for hard to fill jobs and we have built a strong name for ourselves by taking the time to get to know our candidates and our clients and their individual requirements. As well as providing a professional service, we provide a personal service.
