The role: Head of Funding and Management Information Systems (MIS) Are you looking for a change? Strode College are recruiting for our Head of Funding and Management Information Systems (MIS). You could be seeking a new strategic role or wanting to make the move to a beautiful part of the country, or both! 1 This is full time post of 37 hours per week 2 The salary is on the management scale of MS8 £44,037 – MS9 £45,172 per annum. 3 The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service. This is seen as essentially a supportive time however unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination of contract. During the probation period mandatory training units must be undertaken. The training sessions are Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, PREVENT, Health and Safety, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 5 Holiday entitlement is 37 days per annum plus 50% of Christmas closure days. Additional days may be given subject to the College meeting annually agreed performance targets 6 The appointee will be brought automatically into the Local Government Pension Scheme. Contributions are 6.5% of salary. 7 It is a condition of appointment that the salary will be paid directly into a bank or building society account. 8 Sick leave will be in accordance with the procedures laid down by the Strode College Board of Governors.
