About Us

The Selwood Housing Group is made up of Selwood Housing, Silcoa, Selwood Devco and Cottsbury Homes. We aim to provide a wide variety of affordable homes for local people living in our communities. Selwood Housing is a not-for-profit social housing association with over 6,500 homes for rent at affordable prices, as well as shared ownership, in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset. We also own and manage registered care homes and supported living schemes, for people with learning and physical disabilities. Silcoa is our repairs and improvement company. It is a social entreprise wholly owned by Selwood Housing, whose profits are reinvested into our homes and communities. Selwood Devco is a subsidiary of Selwood Housing and is a construction company that contracts with builders and consultants. Cottsbury Homes develops and sells homes at market value. Profit made from the sale of these properties is reinvested into providing affordable social housing. If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a numerical and verbal reasoning test, you will then be shortlisted for interview depending on your testing results.
