Happy Days Nurseries are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Administrator to join the professional and friendly team, working across our HR and Recruitment functions. We have ambitious growth plans and we know that our success is dependent on our dedicated workforce who work closely to provide the very best experience for our children and their families. Happy Days is one of the largest providers of nursery and pre-school childcare in the South-West region, with 18 nurseries located throughout the South and South West. This role plays a pivotal role within our business to ensure the HR team has the support required to ensure we have the very best calibre of individual working for us, to enable us to provide the highest quality of childcare.
