Someone who can priorities well, be self-motivated and has a passion for the property industry (previous experience in the lettings industry would be a real bonus but is by no means essential). You’ll be working using various software so you will need to be IT literate and comfortable using the Microsoft suite of programmes, have good email etiquette and be confident using new systems.
