Irish Management Institute (IMI) is based in Sandyford, Dublin is a wholly owned subsidiary of UCC and a leading provider of executive education. It offers executive education in a range of formats including: - credit bearing programmes offered on an open or custom basis including professional diploma and masters programmes, non-credit bearing short courses and customised client solutions. It is also developing short programmes which can either be taken on a credit or non-credit basis. In June 2011, UCC and IMI announced a strategic alliance, subsequent to which, in 2016, IMI was acquired by UCC as part of its strategic commitment to business education. A process of integration has been underway since that time, alongside the development of Cork University Business School (CUBS). The CUBS strategic vision - “Shaping Leaders for a Sustainable Future” – was launched in 2021, articulating a shared vision with IMI. The postholder will be required to attend meetings at either the IMI Sandyford Campus or one of the other UCC campuses in Cork from time to time. There is also a requirement to attend either campus to assist in graduation or equivalent events. Graduations occur approximately 4 times a year. IMI is a remote friendly organisation and as such the postholder will be able to work from home at times agreed with the line manager. Candidate Requirements The role required a third level qualification in a general discipline with a minimum of five years relevant work experience. Please Note that Candidates should have a valid visa/work permit, if applicable.
