About Us

We care for more than 4,100 patients each year at our Hospice in Cambridgeshire, the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech and in patients' own homes via the Arthur Rank Community Team. Our outstanding care is provided free of charge to patients and their families. Our excellent staff survey results helped us to achieve gold accreditation in the Best Employers (Eastern region) and in February 2019 we announced our achievement of an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating. We know we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without our amazing staff, so we offer a range of good benefits. We value the strength that comes with difference and the positive contribution that diversity brings to our community. Therefore, candidates with a disability that meet the minimum criteria will be guaranteed an interview. Working from home can be an option but in a limited capacity. ARHC encourage and support vaccine uptake, as this remains the best line of defence against COVID 19. We are committed to inclusivity, respect, fairness, engagement and equality of opportunity for our patients and their families, our staff and trustees, our volunteers and our supporters.
