Within Member Experience, the Global Operations Program Management team is a foundational part of making sure we are making the biggest impact we can by driving forward important projects & process improvements to help our Global Operations team be as successful as they can be. Our PM team will work on initiatives in the Trust & Safety and Customer Experience (CX) areas.
