Cosworth Performance Electronics is going through a rapid growth phase in its business, that requires a highly talented and motivated individual to help guide and steer all financial aspects of the business. Working with the Managing Director as a financial business partner as well as within the wider Group finance team but embedded within our Performance Electronics business, you’ll work as a member of the Divisional Senior Management Team (SMT) to prepare, develop and analyse key financial and commercial information to assist the Managing Director, SMT and other stakeholders to make informed decisions based on financially modelled scenarios. You will work closely with all departments in the organisation and will need to build effective working relationships across relevant areas of the group, at a high level and / or as required. You’ll be both part of the Group finance team and the Electronics Senior Management team and will need to be adept at balancing and meeting the needs of both and agreeing priorities.
