If you have a passion and talent for ice skating and are great with people, you can use these skills as an Ice Assistant at the newly built Cambridge Ice Arena – a dedicated permanent ice venue for the city. Over 20 years in the making, the Arena has opened thanks to the generous donation of a Cambridge University alumnus who wished the city and surrounding areas to enjoy a premier ice and leisure destination. We want Cambridge Ice Arena to not only be a destination for recreational skaters but also for those who want to engage in a new kind of fitness as well as producing future Winter Olympic skaters, curlers and ice hockey players. The welfare and safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance to us at GLL. We follow safer recruitment procedures to ensure that our staff are checked and appropriate to work with children and young people. Therefore we’ll require you to complete an enhance DBS check before you will be allowed to start work. All pay rates are subject to skills, experience, qualifications and location.
