You will undertake the “Accountancy Professional” Apprenticeship (a Degree Apprenticeship in Accounting), with full support from Accountancy Learning as part of their Flexible Apprenticeship Programme. The apprenticeship includes achievement of the prestigious ACA qualification comprising 15 examinations, completion of ethics training, a minimum of 450 days of relevant work experience plus achievement of 52 professional development skills and behaviors. The "End Point Assessment" for the apprenticeship includes the Case study exam which is part of the ACA qualification plus a project report where you describe how you have achieved the knowledge, skills and behaviors required for the apprenticeship standard. You will receive support from both the employer, and the training provider, to complete and achieve your Apprenticeship and will be given time to study on a block-release basis. As you are working towards a professional qualification, it is also expected that you will continue your studies outside of normal office hours. Since then practice has grown and now looks after a wide range of businesses from sole traders and partnerships to freelancers and limited companies.
