The induction process is very thorough and provided a wealth of information I found very useful. My team are very friendly are always available to help with any question or query no matter how big or small. The team I have been assigned to have been very welcoming and helpful. The work is interesting and varied and I am being fully supported in learning my new role. I have 25 days holiday a year, plus Bank Holidays and also work on a Flexible working system which allows me to make up time and take additional days off or finish earlier on a particular day if I wish to. From the instant I started I settled in well because of the support from my coworkers and management.
