We maintain a team-focused approach that comprises of support from Administrative, Health Visitors, Lead Health Visitors, Senior Health Visitor ( Team Coordinators and GP Cluster leads) as well as members of the wider skill mix team. We lead in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, offering early intervention and support to children and families within Hackney and the City.
