We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our expanding team. The role will entail working at a clinic reception desk and being the first point of contact for our clients. This involves greeting clients, dealing with any queries that are presented, taking payments following treatments and booking appointments. It also entails answering calls and emails from clients, prospective clients, third parties and insurance companies regarding appointment bookings, treatment quotations and invoices, as well as general tasks such as dealing with post, therapist diary management, managing petty cash, ordering supplies and ensuring the clinic is kept clean and tidy will be involved. On occasion, you may also be asked to provide ad hoc administrative support to the office manager and Physio.co.uk directors.
