Our last Ofsted inspection (December 2018) judged three criteria as ‘Good’ – effectiveness of leadership and management, quality of teaching, learning and assessment and personal development, behaviour and welfare. Inspectors highlighted the vastly improved leadership and high ambitions which has helped to improve the quality of teaching and pupils’ behaviour. Kirkby High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and adheres to the Equality Act 2010.
