The job holder is responsible for managing the credit terms provided to customers, in line with Group credit policy and compliance rules. They must also ensure that customer debt is closely monitored and controlled to ensure recoverability. Under the responsibility of the Corporate Affairs Manager, the position is in close contact with General Management and the other members of the ManCom.The job holder reports directly to the Corporate Affairs Manager. Additionally the job holder works directly with Business unit & Managers. This role has been identified as a key user in the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and as such the incumbent is required to take their laptop and access card home with them at the end of each work day to ensure business continuity in the event of incidents or disaster. Job holder will be responsible for the granting and collection of all sales made on credit terms within the Total Energies Marketing UK perimeter. Authority to grant credit within the company Delegation of Authority (DOA). Recognizing, understanding and meeting the needs of Sales Division whilst imposing necessary financial controls and procedures. Assessing the most efficient and cost effective methods of securing and collecting debts and loans.
