About Us
These are exciting times, Salford City Council are transferring over 8,500 homes to Salix Homes in a move that will unlock £75million investment in homes and communities over the next five years. Here at Salix Homes we are moving from an Arms Length Management Organization (ALMO) to a Not For Profit Registered Provider, and as a result are growing not only in our processes but in our employees as well. As a multi-award winning social housing organization we continue to provide our tenants with a fresh and energetic approach to the management of their homes. As well as housing management, our role covers housing renewal services. We also support wider regeneration projects carried out by the council and other agencies. This makes sure all our projects bring real benefits to the whole community and help create better neighborhoods
