The Climate Change Committee is the independent expert statutory adviser to Parliament and the UK Government on climate change policy. It is a high-profile, high-impact expert body in the analysis of climate change mitigation and adaptation. The Committee is supported by an analytical team of around 50 economists, scientists and analysts. The technical team is supported by a Corporate Team of around 10 professionals responsible for delivering a full suite of corporate services. The Finance Manager will play a key role in the Corporate Team with responsibility for financial planning, reporting and analysis. Successful candidates must pass a disclosure and barring security check. People working with government assets must complete basic personnel security standard checks.
