CEO Herman Narula Founded 2012 Company size 11 to 50 Industry Information Technology Headquarters London Improbable was founded in 2012 by Herman Narula and Rob Whitehead. As Cambridge University computer science graduate students, they shared a love of games and an ambition to make bigger, better multiplayer worlds than were technologically possible. Today, we’re headquartered in London and have offices around the world. We’ve also received over $600m in funding from some of the most reputable investors in the world, including the SoftBank Vision Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, Horizons Ventures and NetEase. Many of the 900-plus people at Improbable have credits on some of the most successful video games in history. Others have come from a range of high-tech industries outside game development.
