STOIX is partnering with an exciting regenerative agriculture business to identify a talented and purpose-driven Management Accountant / FP&A Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting new venture at the beginning of its journey and help fight biodiversity loss. The Management Accountant / FP&A Manager will be responsible for preparing accounts and actively assisting the Senior Management Team to track and improve overall business performance, interpret monthly results, and evaluate opportunities. They will need to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives, whilst actively helping support sound financial and commercial management, including budgeting, forecasting as well as cash flow management. They will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting and will report directly to the Finance Director.
