All of our staff have worked within financial services, loss adjusting and insurance claims, and have operated as recruiters within these industry since 1998. We have built up an enviable number of relationships and a thorough understanding of the needs of clients and candidates alike. Our market-leading Claims team recruit for loss adjusters, insurance companies, insurance brokers and claims handlers at all levels, and we deal with clients on a global basis. Our Financial Services team recruits for regional and national financial planning, investment/asset management and employee benefit companies at all levels, including administrators, paraplanners, compliance professionals, advisers, private bankers, business development managers, analysts, project managers, sales managers, operational staff and executives.Exchange Street is a specialist recruitment company that works with national and regional IFAs, restricted practices, DFM/Investment firms, product providers and Employee Benefit Consultancies. Our consultants are all highly experienced and largely have a background of working within the industry.
