When Spinnaker started out in 1997, we launched the first ever recruitment agency specialising in shore-based shipping vacancies. We bridged a gap between clients and candidates; finding the best talent for our clients, in turn furthering the careers of our candidates. Since then, our business has grown to see success in 67 countries. We employ around 40 people trained extensively in both shipping and recruitment, making their knowledge and passion for recruitment second to none. Each day, we connect people in fascinating and vital global industries. We are based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex - but we are a global business.
