Job Description

The role is varied, but in the first instance the duties will be to support the Office Manager in the day to day running of the sales office. This will include processing sales orders, invoices, credits, account queries and general admin. Due to a planned retirement, it is envisaged that the successful applicant would in the future take over the Office Manager function and recruit their own assistant.

Working Hours for the Business Operations Administrator are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary 25K increasing with additional responsibilities. Excellent benefits and after a qualifying period the use of a company vehicle.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Business Operations Administrator applicant will have knowledge of the Microsoft office applications to include excel, word and outlook. Fluency in English language is essential. Attention to detail with good numeracy skills is vital and the ability to priorities tasks is necessary. SAGE experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
