Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department and as required whilst organizing and supervising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

What will you deliver?

  • Coordinate office risk assessments including fire drills, first aid and office security
  • Identifying and organizing works for the office based on different requirements over the course of different projects
  • Ensure office filing systems are up to date in line with GDPR / client contracts and modify accordingly
  • Be able to utilize knowledge and experience to ensure quick solutions are provided
  • Checking and sending any accounts documentation to the relevant accounts team within the deadline
  • Assisting with new employee equipment, desk allocation and set up
  • Supporting the work of the Senior Administrator Liaising with members of the senior management team and other departments as necessary
  • General office duties as and when required (e.g., filing, printing, minute taking, photocopying, etc.)
  • Maintaining the stationary supply for both Head Office and multiple site locations, ensuring costs are kept within budget and relevant authorization is obtained
  • Updating and creating SharePoint sites and data to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Assisting with site administration to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Any other reasonable management request

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within Administration
  • Computer literate in MS office including share point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and efficient administration skills
