Job Description

Your role will cover all aspects of administration including, but not limited to, the below:

  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Dealing with employee change forms
  • Payroll admin
  • Manage an inbox and communication from existing staff members
  • Organizing and running induction days
  • Running and presenting reports and data
  • Managing internal recruitment processes
  • Arrange and support meetings and conferences
  • Oversee absence process
  • Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
  • Working within the HR team
  • Liaising with Senior Leadership Teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our ideal candidate will have proven HR Administration experience within a fast paced, busy environment. You will have excellent time management skills, the ability to be organized and plan your diary to meet our work volumes and deadlines.

Having a CIPD is desirable, however we are also open to supporting you through this, upon successful completion of probation.

  • Proven work experience as a HR Administrator is essential
  • HR administration in a construction environment is preferred
  • Working in a high volume, fast paced busy environment
  • Ability to confidently communicate with all levels of staff including Directors and Senior Leadership
  • Excellent organization and time management skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Effectively managing enquiries via e-mail, telephone, and face to face
  • Computer Literate in MS Office
