Job Description

You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to all staff whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times. You will be provided with training to be able to undertake this role as you will be key to ensuring an excellent experience for staff and managers who will be seeking support from People Services.

  • You will carry out administration tasks in relation to employees.
  • Provide support to managers and employees with low level queries advising of correct processes and policies
  • First point of contact for telephone enquiries and Service Now cases bring both to a successful conclusion in line with defined SLAs
  • Participate in development projects across People Services to continue to improve automation and data control within our HR systems.
  • Ensure the provision of accurate advice and guidance to all customers as defined in company HR policies, processes and procedures.
  • Provide effective and accurate maintenance of all employee data on company HRIS in line with authorized requests and policies, processes and procedures
  • Provide support to the business in the use of the online training system
  • Carry out checks that the People information we hold is accurate and up to date
  • Scanning and archiving of all People Services documents as required.
  • Support with the administration of payroll, changes, leavers, absence, training administration, referencing
  • Support the business with queries on People Services matters including triage & escalation as appropriate to HR Business Partners and ER Advisors and other People Services internal teams where appropriate.
  • Provide support to key annual activities such as pay review

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Be competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Have clearly demonstrable competence in written & spoken English and IT skills
  • Hold a minimum of 7 GCSE’s
