Job Description

You are responsible for all general HR administration. You have a hands-on customer service approach and thrive on juggling multiple tasks and getting things done. You’re proactive and positive, work well within an established plan but are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity due to the fast-paced nature of our growing business. You use initiative, take ownership but know when to ask for direction and are interested in building a career in HR from ‘ground up.’

What you’ll do:

  • Administration and coordination of new-hire checks and on-boarding, creating a great employee experience
  • Supporting employees through their career and their interactions with HR including annual leave queries, flexible working application, maternity and paternity leave, changes to employment status such as hours, job role, location
  • Administration of Learning Management System (Workday) training records,
  • Support with HR project co-ordination and tasks as Directed by the HR Business Partner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Administrative experience within a HR Department
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail orientated and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience of using Workday an advantage
  • Experience of input into payroll process an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of general HR
  • CIPD Level 3
