Job Description

This position will report to the Global Controls Excellence Director and develop and maintain the integrity of the Global Internal Controls Framework. You will have the opportunity to provide expert and technical advice across the whole group and is in a position to drive significant change whilst establishing a robust controls framework.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will have a solid understanding of developing leading edge finance processes, systems and controls is essential.
  • You will have a proven track record of project delivery.
  • You will have the ability to communicate / influence across boundaries.
  • You will be able to engage with stakeholders and manage cross functional projects. You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
  • You will be a Qualified ACA/CIMA with minimum 4-5 years PQE.
  • You must be a graduate with a 2.1 degree from a reputable university.
  • You will have experience of working within a multinational environment.
  • You will have considerable process and control design background, and experience in risk assessment, systems and internal control.
  • JDE/SAP experience preferred.
  • You will have solid operational/commercial finance experience and business process knowledge. You will have the ability to interpret and evaluate control and process issues.
