Become knowledgeable of all Financial Systems SAP R/3, AOE, FI/CO, HR systems which interface with Finance planning systems
Serve as the Finance subject matter expert on SAP, supporting the International business on SAP & AOE queries
Responsible for the administration tasks across our portfolio of finance systems. BPC planning includes models for sales planning, program content acquisitions, Profit and Loss planning and Balance Sheet planning
Supporting the Financial Operations & Medea Legal teams on troubleshooting all system issues and enquiries
Coordinate & manage enhancement requests, process improvements and projects affecting the systems, liaising with stakeholders across the business, the IT teams implementing the changes, and the system developer
Coordinate testing for the systems releases & upgrades, including preparing process documentation to ensure maximum efficiency
Planning NBCUniversal process administration activities related to cycles including the Long Range Plan (LRP- 5 year plan), budgets, reforecasts and monthly and quarterly pacing to New York
Provide forecasting, reporting and analytical support to Corp FP&A, as needed
Partner with Finance, IT and other stakeholder organizations assessing finance system process issues, identifying improvements, and assist implementing new solutions
Communicate and execute BPC finance system updates, monthly forecasting and reporting process support requirements
Reassess and maintain user BPC documentation (Ex. inputs sheets, reports, templates, etc.) for system users, and provide training on SAP BPC software to system stakeholders
Supporting International Finance customers with analysis and reporting on all systems
Monitoring Finance Support inbox and responding to queries
Support Finance Director with projects impacting areas of responsibility (for example system implementation) and with a broader FP&A scope
Collaborate closely with International finance teams to simplify, strengthen and improve existing business reporting processes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Excellent technical and analytical skills:
Super-user in the use of BPC planning system with at-least 2 years of experience in administration activities
SAP FI/CO and/or BPC implementation experience
SAP AOE super user level experience
IT system project or process improvement project leadership experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
Experience with SAP Business Warehouse
Experience with OutlookSoft or BPC 10.1
Previous experience of financial planning and analysis
Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, be effective and decisive under pressure
Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data in SAP, excel, other financial systems
