Job Description

The role is based in the west Hull area with excellent access to the A63, Humber Bridge, central Hull and the west Hull villages. Free parking is available on site and the company is located in contemporary design new build offices. A salary of up to £34,000 dependent on level of qualification and experience is on offer plus study support if required to finish remaining exams.

THE ROLE:
-Working closely with and reporting into the Finance Director, the role will take full responsibility for the balance sheet with an emphasis on capital equipment
-Oversee and participate in a full range of financial accounts functions
-Provide support to the Management Accountant and Finance Director
-This is a developmental role working across a small group of companies and will offer excellent career potential for the future
-Some occasional UK travel may be required to other company branches

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-ACCA/CIMA newly qualified/ part qualified, you are looking for a challenging and very full role involving meeting tight deadlines. You have good generalist accounting experience, enjoy financial accounting and have great IT skills, particularly with Excel -A natural communicator with an engaging personality, you are self-motivated, can work in a multi-tasking environment and are able to work well under pressure -Preferably you hold a full driving licence as there may be occasional travel to other branch sites. -Candidates should be `switched on' and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
