Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for ideally a newly qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contracts and ideally due diligence processes looking for their first move into an in-house legal role. This is a new role created due to growth. You will have an eye for detail, be very organized and able to work to tight deadlines. You will be working closely with the Directors on a variety of tasks. My client will also consider experienced Legal Executives and candidates looking at part time hours.


Key tasks will include:

  • Due diligence
  • Commercial contract drafting and reviews
  • Dispute resolution matters
  • General legal matters

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in a commercial environment. You will be able to advise on areas of legal risk. Attention to detail and ability to review lengthy and detailed documents. High level of computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Word. Organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to set up and maintain organized systems of records. Methodical and thorough. Commercial awareness. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate clearly.
