Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting them accordingly, screening phone calls
- Greeting visitors - monitor signing in and out system
- Booking diaries, arranging appointments and updating records on databases
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Filing
- Work alongside suppliers to gather quotes, process orders on the company’s computer system
- Answering enquires in person, by phone and email
- Admin - filing, photocopying, inputting data, word processing
- Call handling both internally and externally ensuring they're distributed to the relevant person
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are maintained
- Deal with any enquires and resolve any problems over the phone
- Provide administrative support within the office
- Conduct H&S checks
- Collect reports for hire equipment
- Site checks – first aid, site essentials, site procedures
- Stock control- e.g. water and coffee machine supplies.
