Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience with new builds in the residential sector, working on a site with over approximatley100 apartments. Experience with RC Frame is a necessity. You will be responsible for:
- Managing all site teams
- Meeting subcontractors
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Motivating the workforce
- Responsible for moving the site forward.
The ability to manage and motivate your staff and take pride in the job and self-motivation skills are essential.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is a prerequisite that you have a CSCS manager’s card and a valid SMSTS, as well as Health and Safety certification.Reference no: 23846
