The successful candidate will be able to work on their own in periods, be self motivated and self sufficient. The role will involve various key duties as follows:
First point of contact for contracts manager and team
Collect information from the team and transfer to the system
Provide administrative service to the contracts manager
Transfer information to the system that connects to head office
Collect timesheets from staff and upload information
Relationship building with internal teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record in providing an effective administration service. Able to work on own initiative. This position needs someone who is self-motivate and doesn't mind times on their own. A good understanding of using MS Excel and other packages. A strong team approach with excellent communication and positivity. Confident professional nature.
