The role of the Client Servicing Administrator is to provide support to the Business in the delivery of all aspects of client servicing and administration. Core Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the Financial Planner and Paraplanner
Deal effectively with queries from clients and third parties
Prepare new business packs for client meetings
New business submission for investments, retirement and protection
Assist with client reviews preparations, both pre and post meeting
Send review meeting invites and reminders to clients, handling any cancellations and re-booking of meetings
Prepare client product summaries
Liaise with product providers and third parties to obtain additional information (includes sending and following up on authority letters)
Keep all relevant systems and client records, including fact finds up-to-date
To undertake any other reasonable duties necessary to meet the needs of the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good understanding of the Financial Planning process. Able to work within defined business processes. Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision. Ability to plan own workload and adapt to changes to the Financial Planners diary made at short notice. Ability to multitask and priorities effectively. Detailed and accurate. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills. Good letter writing skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to learn and develop. At least 12 months experience working as an administrator in an IFA/Wealth Management environment (ideally from St. James’s Place Wealth Management community). Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook). Ideally, some experience of cash flow modelling software e.g. Truth / Voyant, although not mandatory as training will be provided. Ideally, you will hold some relevant CII or equivalent body Financial Service qualifications (or are actively working toward this).
